What a great quote from Scalia:

As Justice Scalia said in his dissent, "[T]he Commander-in-Chief and his subordinates had every reason to expect that the internment of combatants at Guantanamo Bay would not have the consequence of bringing the cumbersome machinery of our domestic courts into military affairs."

It's nice to know that one of the highest judges in the land thinks that our domestic courts are "cumbersome machinery". What a bunch of crap, Hey Scalia, go VP yourself!!!!!
